Siling Haba (Long Chili)

Siling haba (long chili) is a Filipino cuisine staple is one of the two native species of chili in the country. It is identified by its mild green color and finger-like length of 5 to 7 centimeters long. Its mild spice is popularly used in local dishes of sinigang, dinuguan, kilawin, paksiw and sisig among others.
